We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. Please note that sales of products customized by the client are final, with no possibility of return or exchange once the package has been shipped. However, you may modify or cancel your order if the items have not yet entered production or been shipped.

If any of our products arrive damaged due to shipping, please send a photo to info@gravart.ca. We will handle the situation promptly to ensure you enjoy the full Gravart experience.
